Photographing your Family's story will always be money and time well spent
All of my sessions are scheduled on-location. I primarily use the Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, which offers a nice variety of spectacular backdrops, and best of all – your entry to the park is complimentary. If Urban is your thing, then the downtown art murals are super cool. Of course the UF Campus is a must if we are capturing Cap & Gown pictures. I’m always open to other locations in and around Gainesville, and will work with you to find that perfect spot!
My sessions are all inclusive and include the edited full-resolution digital files and a beautiful art print. The digital files that you will receive are full-resolution and can be printed as small or large as you wish. You have an option to purchase professional prints directly from your private online gallery – but it is not required. If you are comfortable printing on your own – I highly recommend MPIX (www.mpix.com) for holiday cards, prints, books, and framed prints and canvases. I use MPIX for my personal printing and I just love how affordable and FAST they are!

FAMILY REUNIONS - EXTENDED FAMILIES
Family Reunion pricing is straightforward, each family unit is priced at my Mini Session rate at $350 each - (mom, dad and their kids (all living in the same household). Grandparents are included at no charge. I’ll work with you to capture each individual family unit as well as combinations of the entire family, cousins, siblings, grandparents, etc. Each family unit will have access to the Gallery to download the edited digital files. Grandparents receive a complimentary 11 x 14 art print send directly to them.

BOOKING NOTES:
For Portrait Sessions, a $75 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of reserving your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session
For Event Sessions, a $300 non-refundable retainer is required at time of booking with the remaining balance due 3 days before the Event.
Your session gallery will be ready to view and download within 10 days after your session.
Returning family discount of $45
Professional prints are available for purchase from your gallery. These orders are personally prepared and guaranteed by Laurel Housden Photography. You will also receive recommendations and instructions on printing on your own.
Sessions will be rescheduled due to inclement weather or illness at no cost
All fees are subject to Florida State tax of 7%
