It was an honor to lead the Gainesville Florida portion of Scott Kelby’s 1st Annual Worldwide Photowalk on August 23rd. However, because of hurricane Fay – our walk was cancelled. A few photographers did show up and brave the weather and posted some of their pictures on our Flickr Page.
Scott Kelby posted the winning pictures from each individual city along with his choice for Grand Prize and Honorable Mentions here. There were over a hundred cities participating in the photo walk such as Brisbane, Australia, Coney Island New York, Brighton England, and so on. What I found amazing was checking out the photos from each city and getting a real insiders view of that city. I love it. I highly recommend that you visit and bookmark this page to virtually visit these cities before you go!
