Inspiration - Trash The Dress

I am just learning about this new wedding form entitled, Trash The Dress or TTD for insiders. I first learned about this from a friend of mine named Nia Sutherland - who by the way - is a fantastic wedding photographer who is based in Atlanta and is extremely sought after.  Check out her web site for inspiration.  I could not understand why any bride would “trash” her most precious keepsake from her special day. And document it!!! I asked Nia if the dresses were rented or borrowed and she assured me that 99% of the time it is the actual dress. Anyway, I found this great blog that is dedicated to TTD called - funny enough - TrashTheDress.

Here is a video that best describes in beautiful motion picture and photography - the concept of Trash The Dress. After seeing this - I totally understand why - and even wonder - why didn’t I think of that!
