Yesterday we celebrated Aidan’s 6th birthday. All of my children (including myself) have birthdays in the summer which can really be hard when it comes to big parties. This year I had a bowling party for Aidan at the end of May so he can have all of his school friends come. Even though it’s a Birthday Party - it still does not feel the same since it’s not on the ACTUAL birthday. So on Aidan’s actual birthday - we did our best to make the day special and extra ordianary.

Aidan woke up and opened up his presents right away. He got  big kiss from Daddy before he was off for the day and a phone call from Bubbie to wish him a Happy Bday! The girls and I took him for lunch at our favorite Mexican Restaurant - La Fiesta and then we went to ToysRUs for the annual march around the isles with the Birthday Crown and Balloon that they give you. Later in the day we went to Macaroni Grill. Aidan just loves to draw on the table and he gets his own pizza pie. What more can a little boy want. He was serenaded in Italian and got a huge birthday cake to share with his sisters. Last but not least - we headed over to the Sweet Factory so Aidan could get anything he wanted (up to 1/2 pound) in his candy bag! Here are some highlights from the day.
