Today was the first day that all 3 of the kids have been home together for summer vacation. Aidan has been off since last Friday and now Madison and Rowan are finished with school. I am so impressed with the imagination of my kids. Madison and Rowan have been teaching Aidan the songs from Seusical The Musical. Aidan’s favorite is Horton the beloved elephant from Horton Hears a Who. Madison decided to direct Aidan in a song from the musical. Before I knew what was going on - the kids where going through old costume boxes and craft collections from the closet - there was stuff EVERYWHERE - but hey - so far there has been NO TV ! Madison not only helped create the creative Kangaroo and elephant ears for Aidan to wear but directed him in the song that had him singing all of the parts of the song and editing and creating the movie you are about to see. My kids are awesome and I am so proud of all of them. What a creative and fun day and I totally appreciate my girls keeping their little brother occupied and happy on this first day of the summer break.
