Moving on up! Aidan graduates from Kindergarten

Today was a special day for all of us. My little man Aidan had his gradutation at school today and is now officially a 1st grader. I still can’t believe how quickly this year has gone…really fast! It seems like last week we were making gingerbread houses and decorating the tree. We are so lucky to have Aidan at such a great school. He has been was the majority of his classmates since pre-K and they are all just amazing, talented, sweet, and special kids. I just love to photograph them. Here are few pics from this morning. My little guy is the one with the black cap - that’s from his big sister.

Keep Smiling,
Laurel

These are Aidan’s talented and creative teachers - Nicki and Amy! We love you guys!

I love these pictures… You did a marvelous job! Great Work! I also love your website. I am a good fan of TPN (the Digital photography show). I seen and read a message about you there and it lead me to your site…

So, you shoot with a Nikon. Could you tell me why did you choose a Nikon or if you had a chance, would you ever use a Canon?

I shot with a Canon Rebel XT and it’s great. I am still learning about lighting, color, light temperature, shutter speed, aperture, the f stop etc… Yes, I am an amateur!! I started back in 2004 with a digital camera. Now, everyone is asking me shoot their parties, prom, and sweet sixteens… etc… Then, they started paying me to show up! That’s how all the money start rolling in and this hobby exploded in my face into a mini business!! hahahaha

Once again, thank you for sharing your pictures & the kids are gorgeous!! Keep up the good work. I am looking forward to hear more about the Nikon before I purchase my second body.
