Today is Robin’s 11th birthday. Robin is my daughter Rowan’s very best friend. You can even say that Robin and Rowan are Soul Mates. It is amazing to watch these two sweet girls interact with each other. They are very connected and you can feel it when in their presence.

It has been amazing to watch these girls grow together. They thrive when they are with each other and it is truly touching to observe the love and support they give to each other when in need. They both share a love for animals, peace, conservation, and nature. As well as sharks, pandas, and bottletops. I have never witnessed any jealousy or envy with these girls. It is a unconditional love that they share.

I told Rowan that there are many people we meet that come and go and are in out in various stages in our lives. But…there are a few that will stay connected through our entire lives from childhood to adulthood. They may not be physically near but the bond that is created keeps your souls close wherever you are and no matter how long it has been since last physically touching - it will always seem like no time has past since last being in the same room together. Those friends are called “Soulmates” and I believe that you have found that in your dear friend Robin.

Everyone should have at-least one soulmate in their lives…it makes the world around you so much brighter!
