I have signed up with an online scheduling system so you can see in real time what sessions I have available and open and a way for you to hold that spot. I am going to start using it for the National Charity Contest Portrait Sessions for this week.
The Sessions are for 20 minutes but I have blocked out 30 minute time slots to give us time to get the paperwork out of the way and any other things that may come up. Here’s how it works:
When you view the online calendar you can click on the starting time that works for you. Click over the time slot and a form will open allowing you to fill in your contact information to rerserve the session time. Once you send me the request, the system will show that time as pending and it will not be available for someone else to schedule.
You will receive a follow up email from me when I accept your appointment request. At that time, if we have not already communicated, we can talk about details and I will send you over a link to prepay for your session via paypal.
