A few months ago while blogging I came across some really unique soccer portraits for youth teams. Always looking for inspiration to help set my work apart I thought this would be a great chance to try and hit the youth sports market offering a new perspective on the ordinary sports picture. I called upon my fellow photographer and friend Aaron Baileyand we headed over to my local park, Hampstead Park in Haile Plantation, and practiced with my son Aidan. Both these pictures were taken with my D300 using Aaron’s 24-70 2.8 Nikon lens. I took the image and Aaron set up the lights and edited.
